Note:  Many of the pictures in this blog series are taken from the internet, because we had our camera stolen halfway through the trip.

I'm still not feeling well, so Joe heads out with Leo to help him with some stuff while I stay at the house and nap.  After lunch, I help Lulu prepare for the first day of VBS.  They are going to help a smaller extension of their main church plant, Iglesia de la Semilla de Mostaza Catamayo (Mustard Seed Church in Catamayo) just for this first day of VBS.  I am in charge of face painting, so I make up a simple menu of items for the kids to choose from.  I'm pretty much terrified, because I am an awful artist, but I relax a little when I realize the kids won't be able to see what I draw on their faces till they go home and see a mirror.

Lulu made me wear this for some reason, but later when the wind blew it off, I didn't put it back on!

The sunset in Catamayo was beautiful!  Pictures don't do it justice - and pictures from a disposable camera, especially.  Still!

We went out to eat.  I still felt yucky so I had some noodle-potato soup.  Then we drove the 45 minutes back to Loja and conked out.
